ETA Finalists for R&D100 Awards

Two projects from Berkeley Lab's Energy Technologies Area have been named as finalists for R&D Magazine's R&D 100 Awards, which recognize pioneering ideas in science and technology.

Opus-12 logoeProject Builder logoOP1 from Opus 12, the carbon dioxide recycling startup included in Cyclotron Road's first cohort, and eProject Builder, a system that standardizes data collection for Energy Savings Performance Contract projects, join three other Berkeley Lab projects named as finalists.

Other Lab finalists include the container-based computing tool Shifter from Computing Sciences, the smart photovoltaic window from Energy Sciences and Portable Radiation, Imaging, Spectroscopy and Mapping (PRISM) from Physical Sciences.

The R&D 100 Award winners will be announced at the magazine's awards gala in Orlando, Florida, on November 16, 2018.
