James Kibiro

James is a graduate student research assistant in the Energy Analysis & Environmental Impacts Division (EAEI) and the Building Technology & Urban System Division (BTUSS). His focus is on informing optimal and effective strategies for energy innovation technologies. He is a Master of Public Policy student at the Goldman School of Public Policy, University of California, Berkeley, and completed his undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Eldoret, Kenya.
